Multi-Family Residential

Multi-Family Residential and Mixed Use developments require different thinking than single family homes, but in essence the goal is to create outdoor spaces which will become part of people's homes. Considerations of privacy and communal space, how a development fits into a neighbourhood in a neighbourly way... these are important. In our experience with housing projects in the Vancouver area we have a good understanding of these issues as well as the complexities of building landscapes on top of structure. We believe that these spaces do not have to feel like they are on top of parking, but if considered carefully can blend into the landscape seamlessly and bring a softness and beauty to a residential environment.
